Smoky Quartz Rabbit Totem

Hello. Warm greetings to you. I am smoky quartz rabbit. I am here to welcome in spring. Put a hop, jump, hop in your step. Smell the perfumed air that my flower friends bring. My large and alert ears hear the sounds of fairies playing in the woods around me. I, rabbit, am a symbol of spring and of rebirth. I am favored by the goddess Demeter. Plant your bare feet in the green grass, and feel the coolness our earth mother provides. Let the gentle spring rain wash your troubles away. Feel how alive and fresh everything is. Commune with nature. We ask you to think on this: is it time for a rebirth in some aspect of your life?

Hello! I am clear quartz racoon, and I am here to usher in the fall season. Remember when I first came to you one Halloween? (Jean's note: I did see a little racoon one Halloween). A perfect time. Me with my little black mask. A little bandit. Yes, I'm quite the bandit, you see. I like shiny, pretty things. I like to hide things too.

I would like to ask you to be aware of your eyes. Your vision. Both inner and outer. Look around you and appreciate the beauty of nature. This is the time of year for beautiful colors of leaves. Climb a tree with me and you can see even better.

Also, be aware of the masks you wear. How often you change your "masks". Is it a masquerade or a charade? Be aware. Is it a healing or herbal mask you need? Are your eyes tired? Close them and visualize where you want to be.

My paws are also very sensitive. Be aware of your "paws" (hands and feet) and feel their sensitivity. I like to have fun and enjoy life and encourage you to do the same.

Stone: clear quartz I stand for clarity of vision, purification, and am an energy amplifier. Combination: I, clear quartz racoon, am here to help you think clearly about what kind of mask your are wearing. Or what kind of mask you may need. Feel the sensitivity in your hands and place them over your eyes to help relax them. Step outside and smell the crisp fall air and drink in the beauty of the colors of fall. Hear me! I, Bear, am the healer. Respect me. I am here to bring you a message of winter. Come into my cave and hibernate with me, and I wlll teach you much. Winter is a time of being indoors more often. For rest. Or perhaps the purity of a winter white snow. Are you getting enough rest? Are you getting enough sleep? Are you going into your "cave" often enough to meditate and renew your energy?

We are many: brown bear, black bear, polar bear, panda bear, grizzly bear, and yes, even those cuddly stuffed bear toys. Even these are healers. Have you noticed how often these are given to people to comfort them when they aren't feeling well. And where do you think the term "bear hug" came from! It helps to heal when you give or receive a bear hug.

We hope that at this winter solstice time of much holiday and merriment that you will give and receive many bear hugs, and perhaps your own teddy bear.

Howlite: I am a milky white stone with grey "veins" running through. I represent purity and the protection of the white light energy.

Joy and merriment we bring to you. Joy and energy we bring to you. Aren't we amazing? We fly great distances to seek our nectar of life. How could anyone look at us and not feel joy? How could anyone look at us and not smile?

And, can you believe that a bird as tiny as we are can make such a loud noise with the beating of our wings. Red is our favorite color. The blood of life. Dance with us to give yourself energy and increase your blood flow. We come to share our joy and energy with you. Dance among the flowers with us.

You may meet some fairy friends, or perhaps a butterfly or dragonfly. The sky is limitless. There are no boundaries.
